Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1982. He joined Clarkes in 1984 and has spearheaded Clarkes' growth in the provision of legal services to both commercial and private individuals in Shropshire.
Head of Commercial Property department he has developed a substantial following in the business world dealing with both local and national businesses.
Paul is a member of STEP - Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
Bill qualified as a Solicitor in 1973 and quickly established himself in the niche market of defendant litigation. He was a Partner in the Shrewsbury firm of Hayes Solicitors since and joined Clarkes as a partner in 1986 on the merger of the two practices to form Clarkes.
Bill is Managing Partner at Clarkes and specialises in Commercial litigation, Employment law, Personal injury and Civil litigation matters including Medical Negligence cases.
Member of Law Society Personal panel since 1994 and Senior Litigator with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers)
Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1980.
At Clarkes specialises in Family Law and heads up the firm's Family Department, but has substantial experience as a defence advocate and was for 10 years head of the firm's Crime Department.
Paul is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and just like the top barristers and QCs has Higher Rights of Advocacy in the civil courts.

Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in 1988.
Jonathan specialises in Criminal Defence work and is Head of Department for one of the foremost criminal law departments in Shropshire.
He has earned the reputation for fearless defending and yet at the same time has achieved respect of the Crown Prosecution service and the police, with whom he often successfully negotiates. He is well respected by Magistrates for his no nonsense approach to the law and often complicated and protracted procedures.
Jonathan has represented many people on high profile cases of murder, frauds and drug trafficking, as well as high profile people on less serious matters such as Frank Bruno who was a personal recommendation.
Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and has been working at Clarkes since 2000.
Mark was promoted to Partner level in 2006 and Heads up the Residential Property department leading an established Conveyancing team covering all aspects of House Sale & Purchase and HIPS. Mark invests time looking at new Business Development opportunities and also specialises in aspects of Landlord & Tenant, Commercial property and Intellectual Property.
