Senior Crown Court Executive

Barbara Lamkin is Senior Crown Court Executive and joined Clarkes in 1990.

Barbara trained as a Magistrates Legal Advisor and was Senior Legal Advisor at Wolverhampton Magistrates court prior to joining Clarkes.  Barbara specialises in all aspects of serious crime and has particular experience in representing clients charged with murder, serious sexual offences, drug trafficking and money laundering.

Barbara prepares clients cases for trial in the Crown Court, advises clients about the law, instructs barristers to represent clients and attends court with clients.

Barbara is based at our Oakengates office and is Head of the Crown Court department.
