Emma Evans has worked at Clarkes as a Residential Property Executive since 2003.

Emma specialises in all aspects of Residential Property. Emma is in the final process of training to qualify as a fully Licensed Conveyancer dealing in all aspects of Sale & Purchase, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Matrimonial transfers and Equity Releases. Based at our Telford Centre office, Emma has quickly built a reputation for fast and efficient conveyancing.

Emma is a Member of the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.
