Karen Cureton

Conveyancing/Wills and Probate Executive

Karen Cureton qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1994 and joined Clarkes in 2004.

Karen is based at our Telford Centre office and specialises in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including dealing with equity release schemes, leasehold properties including acquisition of freehold reversions and transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.

Since joining Clarkes Karen has forged close links with estate agents and regional house builders. Karen has also crafted and trained an in-house conveyancing team, providing clients with a high-speed and efficient property service.

Karen is a Member of Shropshire & Mid Wales Legal Executives and a Member of the National Solicitors Network Equity Release Panel.
