Pete Thompson joined Clarkes in 2001 and is a Legal Executive specialising in the Family department.

He is based at our Wellington office and specialises in all aspect of Family Law, working closely with Partner Warren Lewis.

Pete has recently been granted a Fellowship of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Provision for spouses and civil partners of those who die intestate increased in Scotland.
