Family Solicitor

As an established and respected Solicitors practice in Shropshire, we are seeking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive with post qualification experience for our Shrewsbury office.

Secretarial Assistant (Newport office)

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Wills and Probate Department.  Ideal candidate will have good written and verbal skills.  Recognised typing qualifications would also be preferred along with at least 2 years experience within a legal office carrying out similar work type.  The position is a full time role.

Archiving Clerk

To deal with all aspects of closing and archiving files and legal documents across four offices of the practice.   Must be prepared to travel between all offices.  One office has a cellar and work is to be carried out in the cellar when at that office.  Must be able to communicate effectively with all staff and third parties both by email and telephone.  Must be numeric, literate and accurate with computer input. Must be computer literate although training will be provided for the specific software that will be used.   This role also has an element of manual handling of archiving

Our ideal candidate would be someone who takes care and pride in the service they are delivering to all staff members and be able to work with minimal supervision. They would ideally have previous experience within a similar role.  Working hours can be flexible but our ideal candidate must be reliable and will be expected to work the equivalent of 21 hours per week.
