Two Residential Conveyancers for our Telford and Newport offices.

We are well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice and you will be working as part of a streamline conveyancing department which is headed up by an experienced conveyancing Partner.

Ideally you will be a qualified residential conveyancer (a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx) with at least four years’ experience in managing a full caseload. The role will involve all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity (of both registered and unregistered property) from instruction through to completion and registration.

You will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements.

The ability to work as part of a team and flexibility are key to success along with excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and money laundering requirements is essential.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
