Clarkes Solicitors pass audit with flying colours
Clarkes Solicitors, one of Shropshire's leading law firms is pleased to announce they have recently successfully passed an independent quality control audit by the Legal Services Commission.
The audit is an independent examination by the Commission to establish that in the three key areas of publicly funded work namely Employment Law, Family Law and Criminal Law that the specialist advice given is both accurate and informative and that clients are kept informed of key issues throughout the process.
The Commission examines procedures, reviews cases, interviews staff and looks at client feedback to ensure the standard required is met.
