Local Firm appoints Civil Litigation Expert
Shropshire Law firm Clarkes has appointed Chris Kerr to head its dispute resolution department at the firm's Telford Centre office.
Chris, who trained at a niche firm in Cheshire, has specialized since 1997 in commercial and civil litigation, with expertise in property and intellectual property disputes. Chris has worked in the Telford area for some years.
Chris said:
"I enjoy supporting clients and helping them to solve their problems. In this current economic climate, the challenge is to deal quickly and efficiently; that involves careful evaluation of the issues at the outset, lateral thinking about possible solutions and a skilled approach to early settlement talks, where possible.
