Kia Khan

Kia graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2016 and shortly after completed the LPC at the University of Law. Kia then embarked on her legal career which led her to qualify as a Solicitor in May 2022.

Specialising in residential conveyancing since 2018, Kia can deal with all aspects of this area such as freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages, right to buy purchases, unregistered land, shared ownership and staircasing, and declarations of trust.

Kia prides herself on her friendly and solutions-focused approach. She is focused on providing excellent client care, ensuring that every client is given the attention and support they deserve throughout the legal process.

Building lasting relationships with estate agents and other local referrers is a passion for Kia as the connections made with those in the community make the process of buying and selling property much smoother for everyone involved.

In Kia’s spare time, she enjoys going on city breaks and holidays, attending festivals, enjoying new experiences, and spending quality time with family, friends, and two dogs. She believes in making the most out of life and creating unforgettable memories!
