Sarah Thomas

Sarah graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2013 with a degree in Physiology with Pharmacology. It was upon her return to Shropshire that she found her affinity for law and commenced her legal training.

Now qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, Sarah specialises in residential property matters and her clientele ranges from those looking to purchase their first home to company investors seeking to purchase a whole portfolio. She takes pride in providing a fast and effective service to clients whilst taking the time to pick up the phone and explain each aspect of the procedure where required. Clients have commented upon her friendly approach and her ability to make the conveyancing process as smooth as possible. Sarah prides herself on building up great relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers too, and finds that a team working together provide a seamless process for clients. Sarah has built up a great local reputation and is often recommended by estate agents and mortgage brokers, but is also able to efficiently act for clients further afar who are not able to meet face to face.

Sarah deals with freehold and leasehold purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership properties, right to buy, as well as first registrations and adverse possession claims.

In her spare time, she enjoys visiting new countries, good food and country walks as well as running round after her son and two dogs.
