Benjamin Foskett

Ben began his academic journey studying Policing and Intelligence before joining the firm in 2021 while completing his Master’s in Law, subsequently completing his LPC at Staffordshire University.  Following the successful completion of his Training Contract at Clarkes, Ben will qualify as a Solicitor in February 2026.

Specialising in residential property, Ben advises on a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages, unregistered land and management company matters.

Ben offers an approachable, personable and efficient service to clients near and far and is always happy to assist with any queries clients may have.

Outside of work, when not spending time with family, Ben serves as vice captain and co-director of his local rugby league team and was selected to represent England during his time at university.
