Simran Shah

Simran joined Clarkes as a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department.

She qualified in January 2025 and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, supporting businesses in achieving their objectives through practical and commercially focused legal solutions.

She has gained experience across a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Simran graduated with a law degree from the University of Nottingham and went on to complete her LPC LLM at BPP University.  Prior to embarking on her legal career, she attended Moreton Hall School in Oswestry.

In her spare time, Simran enjoys exploring new destinations with her family, capturing them through photography and trying out new dishes in the kitchen.
