CORPORATE SOLICITOR JOINS THE TEAM!

Clarkes welcome Simran Shah, Solicitor, as she joins the Corporate Team at the Telford Office.  Simran trained in Shropshire before joining Clarkes and is keen to build on her extensive knowledge of corporate work alongside Paul Roberts, Head of Department.

Simran advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, supporting businesses in achieving their objectives through practical and commercially focused legal solutions.

She has gained experience across a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.  Simran graduated with a law degree from the University of Nottingham and went on to complete her LPC LLM at BPP University.  Prior to embarking on her legal career, she attended Moreton Hall School in Oswestry.
