Bhavini Rattu

Bhavini is a Solicitor within our residential property department.  Before joining Clarkes in September 2020, Bhavini had worked at an international in-house legal team based in Birmingham and, all in all, has worked in residential property for over 10 years.

She deals with all aspects of residential property matters including sales, purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations and equity release.

Bhavini is approachable and will guide her clients through their transactions making it clear for them to understand the process.

In her spare time, Bhavini enjoys travelling, running, going to the gym, cooking and occasionally bakes.
