Kate Tory

Kate has worked in the area of Private Client law since 2017 and is based at our Shrewsbury office. After completing her law degree in Oxford, Kate became a member of CILEX in 2017.

Kate specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Intestacy, Probate and Estate Administration.

Kate provides a professional and efficient service to her clients who frequently express their gratitude for her ability to put people at ease and for her compassionate and empathetic manner. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and provides them with clear guidance and support throughout the process.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys walking in the glorious Shropshire hills, reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.   More recently her spare time is spent supporting her daughter’s rowing career and she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at regattas across the country.
