Katie Jinks

Katie graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2022 with an undergraduate degree in Law before going on to complete her Legal Practice Course alongside a Master’s in Law at the University of Law in Chester, graduating in June 2024.

Katie joined Clarkes LLP in January 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Care Department while studying for her degree, progressing to a full-time role in May 2022 following graduation.  In November 2024, she commenced her training contract and moved into the Private Family Department. Katie is due to qualify as a Solicitor in May 2026 and is excited to continue developing her career at Clarkes LLP.  She prides herself on supporting clients through the family court process with a professional, empathetic and approachable manner.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys horse riding, attending concerts, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
