Lucy Moseley

Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and, until recently, spent her career practicing in Surrey.  Initially working within Family Law, Lucy then moved into Private Client in 2012 and has undertaken this work ever since, becoming a Member at her previous firm in 2018.  Lucy recently returned to Shropshire, where she grew up, and joined Clarkes in September 2024.

Based at our Shrewsbury office, Lucy specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Administration of Estates.  She is committed to providing sound advice based on individual circumstances and prides herself on being friendly and approachable.

In her free time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her young family.
