Luke Taylor

Luke is a Solicitor and LLP member of Clarkes and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015.

Since 2020, Luke has led the Litigation Team and has been instrumental in the success of many individuals and businesses achieving positive outcomes following fraught and complicated disputes.

Luke often deals with complex litigation involving multiple parties and has been involved in several international disputes on the question of jurisdiction. Luke’s primary practice involves acting for parties such as executors, beneficiaries and trustees in contentious probate disputes and estate claims.

Luke is an experienced and conscientious litigator who acts for both claimants and defendants in in all platforms of dispute resolution with excellent knowledge of the procedures involved in a wide range of disputes including civil and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, corporate disputes, dilapidations claims, professional & clinical negligence claims, shareholder disputes, Trust disputes, and landlord & tenant disputes.
