Peter Wilson

Peter trained in Shropshire with an agricultural practice and qualified as a Solicitor in 1977. He has specialised in all aspects of Commercial Property including Sales, Purchases, Leases, Mortgages and Debentures. Peter acts for many Landlords with large and small portfolios of commercial properties as well as acting for Tenants. In particular Peter is an expert in dealing with the legal needs of doctors, dentists, pharmacists, care homes and other health care specialists. He is recognised as an expert on Pension related property transactions. Peter is frequently retained by developers who wish to acquire and later sell development land.

In his spare time Peter takes every opportunity to walk in the Shropshire countryside.
