Sophie Moule

Solicitor
Services: Children Matters, Cohabitation Disputes, Divorce, Financial Matters, Pre and Post Nuptial Settlements

Sophie graduated from The University of Derby in 2013 with a 2:1 Honours Degree.  She went on to successfully complete the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Birmingham, before finalising her training and becoming a qualified Solicitor in 2019.

Prior to qualifying, Sophie secured a work experience opportunity in the Family Law department of a West Midlands firm.  This opportunity led to Sophie obtaining a paralegal role within the same firm.  Whilst acting as a paralegal, Sophie began assisting families in a variety of family law matters and advocating on their behalf in Court.  It was this initial exposure to Family Law that inspired Sophie to qualify in this area.

Sophie specialises in private law children matters, domestic abuse matters and divorce and finance matters.  Sophie also handles matters concerning Special Guardianship Orders.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys exploring new places with her young family and spending time with her family and friends.
