Clarkes have recently acted in a case where a wife was asked to sign a guarantee and charge over her share in the matrimonial home, which included all monies and liabilities owned by both the husband and his two business partners on their own accounts. Needless to say when Clarkes challenged this with the Bank an amended guarantee was produced.
